To redeem a reward on an in-store purchase, provide the cashier with your name or phone number during checkout and select your reward.
For online purchases
Click Redeem Now under ‘Payment Information’ when prompted during checkout
Select your reward
Click Redeem Reward
Troubleshooting potential issues
In order to receive Square Loyalty rewards, purchases must be made at participating Square Sellers. Purchases made at non-participating retailers will not receive rewards.
