Forest View providing free bowling, activities, prizes and more!
February 3rd marks the fifth anniversary under current owner (Rich Kenny) of Forest View Lanes Recreation Bar & Grill (57th year in business, since 1962) providing entertainment for all ages in a family-friendly environment in Bedford. What a better way to celebrate than by throwing a party that is open and free to the entire community!
At the young age of 14, Rich Kenny started his very first job, working at Forest View Lanes. Little did Mr. Kenny know that 27 years later, he would end up purchasing that very bowling alley and embarking on an adventurous journey!
When Mr. Kenny purchased the bowling alley in 2014, he had big plans in store for the business. Now 5 years later, he has put many of those plans into action and has created a one-of-a-kind establishment fit for people of all ages and abilities. Enhancements to the outdoor sand volleyball courts, to a full scratch production kitchen with an executive chef, Forest View has continued to grow into a unique atmosphere.
“None of my dreams of what Forest View has become and will be in the future would be possible if it were not for the amazing support of Bedford and the surrounding communities,” Mr. Kenny exclaims. “I wanted to share this 5 year celebration with the people who continue to make it possible”.

From 11am-2pm there will also be many other family friendly activities such as face painting, balloon animals, photo booth, cake and much more! Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
