Teams that wish to sign up two teams on the same night with the same group of players
Request must be submitted at the time of registration only. No emails, texts or other forms of schedule requests will not be accepted.
Any requests after registration or after the schedule is posted, may not be accepted.
When registering, please select and pay the additional fee for both teams, we have split the cost between the two teams.

o Games will be played to 25
o Teams will have 70 minutes to play at each time slot
Time Slots are 6:00 pm, 7:10 pm, and 8:20pm
o No 9:00 pm games
o ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE allowed on the property.
Anyone with outside food, beverage containers or bottled product will be asked to leave or take them to their vehicle or we will discard them for you.
o We will provide water and ice, dispense from our water and ice machine (filtered water) and Gatorade from our fountain machine at no charge.
Bottled Gatorade or bottled water can be purchased for $2.
o We will do our best to have a referee available for each match; however, referees are no longer guaranteed.
o Absolutely no speaker boxes
o Female Hit Rule (6 rec only) – No requirement for females to hit each volley.
o Schedule Review & Finalization Policy:
Teams with requests to work around other teams will have 48 hours to review schedule after initial posting or subsequent posting for any discrepancy or schedule becomes final and not able to be changed.
After the 48 hour review, the schedule will become final.
After the initial schedule is posted and 48 hour review period, we will email and text any additional schedule changes to the captains. We will publish schedule changes on the Volleyball Facebook page too.
Example of changes that could happen: team unable to play and we need to find another team to play, team adds or drops a league, team changes night they can play on.
All schedule changes will be communicated to any team captain impacted via text and email.
End of Season Tournament Details:
During Week 9, Cheyenne will reach out to the top-seeded teams to confirm whether they plan to participate in the Week 12 tournament. Any spots that are not confirmed will be offered to the next highest-ranked teams until the bracket is filled.
The number of teams in the tournament will depend on how many teams are registered in each division. More details will be shared in Week 8.
Week 12 tournament will be single or double elimination base on number of registered teams, again more details will be shared.

Please pick the tournament date and time that works best for your team.
To run a successful event, we’ll need a minimum of 20 teams per time slot.
